Good afternoon everyone! I usually frequent this location often but after today I doubt I, or my family will after this. I... begged my husband to get us some Big Kahuna's today! I stayed on the phone with him the entire time he was in the shop(he had ablue tooth in his ear). The staff member asked him in an irritated manner over and over, while interrupting him, what kind ofbread he wanted after he had told him twice he told him he wanted white/italian. He basically rushed my husband the entire time.My husband had to ask the worker if he can give him a chance to make the order. My husband is a big man and very respectful andpolite but he asked me to never send him to that location again because of how uncomfortable the staff made him feel. He said hewas the only customer who was rushed. This is unacceptable and from looking at the other reviews this is a recurring problem atthe Paxton location. I called and spoke with Reid, he said they do not have a corporate number, however he did give me thecorporate website and I am heading there next. Fix this please! Read more
i will not be going back to the hyde park location again. i was rushed very rudely by one of the men preparing the food. i was... on the phone with my wife and telling the employee what she wanted on the sub, and the employee kept rudely saying "what kind of bread what kind of bread what kind of bread" i told him to hold on, and that she was telling me now. I've been here a few times and it's always something with this location especially in the evenings. I have to sit and wait until... for my order to been taken even when it's no one in the store. If a white customer comes in it's no hesitation and it's ok formy order to be taken because the workers don't want the white guest waiting.
