Placed an order for delivery. Got a sandwich with ingredients that were allergic for my boyfriend. They said they'd refund,... remake the sandwich, and deliver it. I called after waiting for an hour for the remade sandwich and they said they couldn'trefund and remake it. Will never go to this location again. There was a young man working this particular day of course I don't know his name I didn't get it but when I walked up... everything on my turkey and provolone and he didn't put my Mayo mayonnaise on my sandwich if a person and for everything on thebar selection for their toppings they meant everything so I will go back and try it again hopefully we can get it right the nexttime Kenwood area. To go order, the wrong sandwich made. They used condiments I did not ask for. Received call from owner or a person that claimed... to be. The person agued with me about my experience.
