I visited this location on Thursday November 3rd 2022. I ordered 3 giant sandwiches. The manager proceeded to put on gloves,... check out multiple customers at the register and then use this exact same gloves to make my sandwiches. I. I asked the managerif he could change his gloves and remake my sandwiches as that was unsanitary.. He proceeded to tell me no and that he had onlyused his knuckle to touch the register and that it was not unsanitary. He was very rude and very disrespectful and that isdisgusting. Terrible customer service. Employees were extremely slow, even though the place was empty. Continued to ?goof off? in back of... building. 2 out of the three total tables in the restaurant were take up by the workers personal belongings. One of theemployees was doing all of the work while three of the others stood there and did nothing. Read more
Love the food but terrible customer service. Walked into the store shortly before close, 4 people standing behind the counter,... one customer being helped. Employee tells me they are closed. I said you close at 9 and it's not 9 yet. She replies "Yeah" withan attitude and proceeds to stare at me. I left, no food. It only takes minutes to prepare a sandwich, I could have ordered,paid and left before close. Called and spoke to the manager Tonya today and she pretty much blew me off and cut the call shortbecause it was lunch time. Won't go back. Reading over reviews this seems to be a common problem. We love their subs first time we've ordered them on doordash they up charge 4 dollars for each Giant sub. their website has... different prices. do not order through doordash ever again. Read more
Was In The Store 4/5/22 At 8:45 pm The Service Was Very Poor Ask For A Splash Of Vinger And Oil And He Just Pour It I Had To... Him To Stop Ask For X-Mayo He Didn't Know When To Stop. He Pushed The Sandwich To Me Without A Bag Had To Ask For A Bag Had To Come Back In And Ask For A Receipt ,He Never Asked For Customer Rewards. I used to go to this location a lot when I worked at Krogers I was never disappointed I always got the best service back then.... So Saturday I decided I wanted to buy me a chipotle chicken cheese hot sub they were only taking online orders because they wereshort on staff That was fine with me so i made a guest account and ordered my food they give you a time to pick it up and when Iarrived my food was sitting on the pick up table hot and ready. Even though it was the two young ladies in there they still gaveme a nice fresh sandwich thank you so much this location never disappoints me..sadly today I tried a different jersey mikes andlet?s just say never again will I buy food from that location I will be sticking to finneytown!!!! BUYER BEWARE! The location at 8870 Winton Rd Cincinnati Ohio. The food you ordered will not look like it should. The manager... whom she stated is related to the franchise owner, is so immature when dealing with poor customer service/order issues. What shewill do is over talk you and basically repeat, la la la la la to you. I suggest if you EVER order to NEVER order online or overthe phone. Go in so you can watch your food being made and correct as they put your sandwich together. I will never again givemy money to this franchise location if any.
