The delivery workers do not care. I live very close to the location in a apartment building. I tip good, put direct directions... in my order notes specifically saying ?please do not leave in lobby. Call me I will come downstairs? and they STILL left mycookies in the main lobby. I didn?t know they were delivered because they never call me. THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME. Somebody inmy building is probably enjoying my cookies right now. I won?t be ordering here again. Getting my money back first thing in themorning. Read more
10/10 cookies 0/10 service. I order cookies at 12:20 and they arrived at 2:30. The ice cream was melted and I was asleep my the... time they arrived. I called twice and each time they said the driver was on their way. Once i got the text that the driver wason their way it was another 45 minutes until they arrived. The service was terrible but the cookies were still good as always. Read more

I think I'm good on them now. They delivered to me without letting me know their were in route,and left my food on the ground.... To my suprise ants and other bugs had claimed my cookies. Ironically, the front door to the building was wide open, they couldhave just droped brought it indoors...so the driver made a conscious choice to just throw my food on the ground and left. I'mnot sure what kind of training they are doing at this location, but it's a joke. I wanited 2 hours for bug infested food... Read more
I ordered the triple chocolate deluxe cookie. It was really fresh and tastes incredible. If you want to order icecream sandwich,... go for deluxe size. Classic cookie sandwich is kind of small to be a sandwich. Definitely recommend this place for dessert aftera great meal. Read more
Worst service ever!! I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the batch of 18 the day before as a treat for my parents and... the nursing staff at UC Health Hospital. The order was to arrive by 4:30PM so that they could be enjoyed before the shift endedat 7:00PM. They had not arrived by 6:00. When I called I had to wait 15 minutes for the phone service (not on site) to finallyanswer. They played relay between myself and the site store. I get told the order had gone out. "NO, IT HAD NOT!" But theycalled you. 'NO, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL." Let me asked them again. Oh, they talked to John, he's coming to pick them up."MY FATHER IS BEDRIDDEN IN THE HOSPITAL, HE IS NOT COMING TO PICK THEM UP." Goes back to talk to store, they are sending adeliver person right now they apparently delivered another order and marked yours as the one they delivered. Order arrives at7:00PM just as nurses are leaving their shift & my mother is leaving from visiting. The 18 cookies arrive in three boxes, notone large one. When opened all three boxes look like they have been thrown down the stairs. Broken, piled on top of each other,a total mess. We are not local to the Cincinnati area, but we will NEVER order from this company again on a visit. I do notrecommend to UC students or the local residents. Customer service, delivery service, and the produce we ended up with are in noway worth all the hassle of the experience or the quality and Sam's Club flavor of our overpriced experience. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. I ordered using the coupon code they gave me from the last time they messed it up, and again. Never... ceases to amaze me, I ordered 2 s mores, 2 snickerdoodles, and 4 chocolate chunk, and what came in the box? 1 burnt s more, 1burnt snickerdoodle, and 1 burnt chocolate chunk. I've ordered from them 3 times, and each time they mess it up worse. And youwouldn't think that the times I order are busy times, the second time I ordered was 3 in the afternoon, and they showed up 45minutes past what I scheduled for the delivery time, again with burnt cookies and low quality service. Needless to say I willnever be ordering from here ever again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Fool me 3 times? what the hellare you doing? This place is the definition of idiocy in its purest form. And the cookies are not good. Update. Called customerservice. Asked for refund. Didn't give it to me. Not a coupon or even an apology to make up for their lack of ability. Theyinstead decided to resend the cookies. And send them 2 and a half hours after I called and was asleep as I get up at 6 ameveryday. Showed up at 12:45. And still got my order wrong! I didn't get two of the cookies I paid for. Safe to say.
