Ordered on uber eats on a whim, and we are so happy we did! This place is amazzzzinng and they have the best sourkraut balls... I've ever had. The brisket is very tender and the chili has a kick and is not sweet, which I am so glad to find an excellentnon-sweet chili around here. Highly recommended ! Read more

Wow! Absolutely the best sandwiches we?ve had in ages...The smoked pastrami was a showstopper, subtle and so tender, literally... melts in your mouth. Bread to meat ratio perfect on the turkey club and just right amount of crispness on the bread...smokeybacon and spread rounded out flavors. Great food, great service! We had pulled pork sandwiches- one with sweet&smokey bbq sauce and one with burbon & bacon bbq sauce.... The onion petals were delicious too. We are definitely eating here again! Can?t wait to try more off of their menu. Read more
I wasn?t expecting to be blown away for my first time trying this place just because I ordered them through doordash, but I was... more than thrilled about the barbecue at this charming little joint. The pulled pork was somehow still juicy as well as tenderand delicious, despite its trip to my house. Adding to it was their excellent Carolina style vinegar sauce, which is rare tofind around here, that really took the sandwich over the top with a little slaw. In fact, I was also rather impressed withtheir sauces: the sweet apple was delightful, also sort of rare around here as most of us aren?t accustomed to fruit bbqsauces, the sweet and Smokey/barn burner sauces, Carolina Gold, bourbon and bacon were all unique and delicious. A lot ofjoints will try to serve up multiple sauces but often fail to deliver in the flavor category. This is not the case with inclinesmoke shack. I will be returning here very soon Read more
We ordered 4 sandwiches with sides & an appetizer via DoorDash. The only thing that tasted decent was the stack of chips & the... tiny cup of slaw that came with the chicken sandwich. The pastrami had the consistency of salty beef jerky & tasted much thesame. The chopped chicken sandwich was slighty dry & overcooked with no smoke flavor. The two carolina sauces I got were sospicy that I couldn't eat it. The philly steak sandwich was tender yet flavorless. The mac&cheese tasted much like rubber. Wespent a lot of money and were extremely disappointed to say the least. We wont be back or recommend it to anyone. Read more
Pretty good for lunch. Food is good but kinda pricey for the portion of food. I would still recommend to anyone who likes bbq.
