Returning from a trip the end of May, I really enjoyed the lemon ricotta crepes. I would order this again. I went again in... August, only to sit for 20 minutes after being seated and no one approached our table. Needless to say, we left and ateelsewhere. Read more

We always end up waiting a very long time for our food. Today, our food was cold when we finally got it, and some of our order... wasn?t made. The server did a great job especially after only working as a server for just a couple days. IHOP isn?t worth thewait anymore. I recommend saving yourself the trouble and just eat the awful waffle.. This IHOP was very clean. They seemed a little short staffed but they still did a good job. All of our food was great. No... complaints about that. However it was so cold in there we were almost shivering ????. Either than the freeze out I woulddefinitely visit this location again. Read more
We came during lunch rush, we waited about 15 min for a table. They were busy & they handled it well. There was a slight delay... on our order, but our server brought the kids' food as soon as it was ready (which we appreciated). The restaurant was clean &our server was attentive. She kept our drinks full & table cleared - all the while keeping a friendly demeanor. Read more
The wait was a little longer than usual to get seated and for the food to arrive, but we think the problem was short staffing.... The food was good however, and the waitress was attentive. My aunt's bacon could have been cooked a little longer, but herblueberry pancakes (not shown) we're good. My food was very good as well. Read more
If it was possible, I'd have rated this experience less than 1 star. Our 1st & last visit to Beechmont IHOP: I gave the food 3... stars only because eggs & french toast is hard to screw up. We had to pull over on the way to Home Depot. I stopped at St. Tim'sparking lot and threw up what I'd eaten. The restaurant's furnace was so high.. I think your restaurant must be what he'll feelslike. I was trying to find our server, I needed to pay the bill & get out to some fresh air. She was in the back of the placetalking to someone seated back there.. just leaning on the half wall. Chatting. Read more
