This is the worst Hooks ever! Tell me how you go up on the prices while I'm ordering?! How am I looking at a sign that says $6... for a large gyro salad but you want me to pay $8??? This is false advertising and they need to be shut down!!! Read more
I don't know why people say the service is bad. The lady who works the front AND answers the phone is not only efficient at her... job but is nice like everyone's Grandma. The young boy who delivers may still be learning the ropes of excellent customerservice but in no way is he lazy, nor is he rude - he is just young. The food is beyond delicious as well. There really isn'tanything to complain about except that I will have to buy new pants size if I eat at Hooks everyday haha. Read more
We was very pleased with the food and especially the service. Not only was it brought out to us while we was waiting but the... very nice gentleman come back to ask if everything was alright then again to ask if we needed any extra condiments or anythingelse. We'll be back again for sure and highly recommend anyone and everybody else to do the same. Read more
