Food was delicious and highly recommend. Grove park came recommend from friends. Service was terrible, Brought my wife and... daughter to celebrate launch of a new business. we ordered our first course to come out first then the main. I didn't except tokeep time, someone Brought out the main first with cold steak one one meal and cold fried on the other. One would assume thisperson had seen the high ticket time and ran it as they should. I had to walk around to find our server to inquire on the firstorder for our daughter and my wifes shrimp. They was brought out. To the credit of the server and management the mgr did stop bythe table to ask how everything was. At which point is was irrelevant as it happened. At no point did the server even attempt toreplace or even heat up cold/older items. The bill came full price. Very disappointing, I guess being new to the area only tenminutes to this restaurant I had higher expectations. I would still recommend all menu items at high quality and execution. After one of my son's many soccer games, my family and I stopped in for lunch at Grove Park Grille. They are located on Kellogg... Road east of Coney Island just before Kellogg runs into US-52. Tables are available inside and out, with plenty of space foreven the largest groups. My family of four was seated right away in a booth, which was perfect for us. We started with thecrispy Brussels sprouts with shaved Parmesan and Sriracha aioli on the side ($8.95). The Brussels were wonderfully fried and Ireally liked the sauce. We were off to a great start! For lunch, I had Coleman's Farm chicken salad, which is a bed of grilledromaine hearts, cherry tomatoes, and roasted sweet corn topped with a chicken salad of braised organic chicken and candiedpecans ($13.95). Wow, this was excellent! And the serving was very large. I had plenty to take home for the next day. This dishis highly recommended. My wife had the California flatbread with roasted garlic, olive oil, goat cheese, spinach, artichokehearts, tomato, and avocado ($11.95). All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Another solid dish, but I much preferred thesalad. Our kids enjoyed grilled cheese and curly pasta (both $5 with a beverage and side). Read more

When I go to a restaurant I usually ask for a taste of the wine I plan ondrinking. They brought me a taste it was good so I ordered the wine. Fantastic eatery. From making reservations to saying goodbye the staff was pleasant and professional. Our waitress, Richelle,... did a great job taking care of us, gave great recommendations and had a great demeanor about her. I had the Reuben and carrotcake for dessert. Both were some of the best I've ever had. When deciding on dessert she shared with me that the owner'sGrandma makes the carrot cake in a commercial facility and it was fresh and amazing. My wife had a Caesar salad with grilledchicken and said it was great too. We will definitely be back as we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the ambience provided onthe outdoor patio. Read more
