This was my 1st time in this location; I went inside to place a small to-go order. I will say the remodeled locations are just... beautiful, and this is one is no exception. Also, the food was fantastic. I was really craving it, so it particularly hit thespot. Kudos to the chefs! On downside? Something that will turn me off a location VERY quickly? The woman at the registertaking my order was not even remotely friendly; this was the early evening of 11/3. (It was pretty dead, so no excuse...not thatthere would be if they WERE busy.) I am very warm and friendly by nature, so when I'm looked at like I'm an alien for smilingand saying "Thank you" (which SHE didn't bother to say, btw)? It makes me feel foolish, and I don't like being made to feel thisway in an establishment I'm doing business with. If you don't have the right staff? No matter how beautiful the location? Arrived a little late for a group that I was with. No one noticed that we came in me and one other person. I had to go up to the... register to ask for my food. I put in my order at the register. They were quite busy. So I understood. The food was broughtquickly and hot and as ordered. I do believe I would recommend going there again. Read more
We love Gold Star and it?s especially great for us as a family because my son doesn?t eat meat. The vegetarian version is... amazing? He also loves spicy food, so he gets the hot cheese. The WHO DEY WAYS are the absolute best way to celebrate at Bengalswin! Read more
Paid me no attention upon entering and had me standing there looking and feeling like a weirdo bc staff was looking right at me... as if they didn't see me....4-5mins later finally a staff member camed and apologized. Had tried a sample of the chilly saucefor spaghetti and wasn't really impressed. I decided to leave after over hearing that the deep fryer wasn't working right.Hopefully, I'll try them again and actually get food next time to eat bc I only tried the sauce sample. Read more
1st time this location.... Was a few days ago with me and my daughter. First of all I am a Manager for a top 50 fortune 500... company, so take this into account when reading. Absolute perfect service from the young gentleman who greeted us as we enteredand took our order after we sat. Nailed everything! Including the smile, tone of voice, time from entrance to order on table andthe follow up after food 50% complete. I watched him clean, prep, greet and serve all in conjuction. My apologies to you sir ifI made you feel uncomfortable as I noticed you caught me watching and probably thought I was some kind of weirdo. I am not, Ipay very close attention whenever or wherever I am at eating or not. This location was extra clean and I will be back here. My first time trying Golf Star. I got two conveys WITHOUT cheese. I don't understand the fascination with the mounds of cheese... in this area. The dogs were good and the chili soaked I to the bun quite nicely. I would repeat. Read more
