Had the absolute worst experience at this location. I have worked in the food industry before and am very understanding of... workers/their situation but this encounter was the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life. I came in for adoordash and stood to the side(like i do at every other restaurant) to tell them my order. The blonde women who works the prepand about age 40 looked at me and rolled her eyes. She said can I help you in a very rude tone. I was polite and told her who Iwas there for then she asks what the name is, order specifically was, to see the order, for me to repeat the order again, andthe accommodations to the meal. She did this in an extremely rude manner so I asked her if there was a problem. When I said thisI swore she was going to hop the counter to fight me. She created a scene and was screaming at me explaining tickets etc. i haveno problem whatsoever complying to the needs of the store but she was extremely disrespectful. To top it off she threw the foodtowards me when she finished the order. I have never been treated with this kind of disrespect and employees should not beallowed to have this kind of attitude. I would love for the manager to watch this tape of when this occurred she should not beworking here. I left feeling so confused because she had absolutely no reason to burst out on me. Read more

Passing through Cincinnati I decided to try Gold Star, skylines main competitor. I went out of my way, walked through the mall... to discover this location closed earlier than their posted hours. I guess skyline has them beat. Waste of my time. Read more
Very poor service, and I was just a Doordash driver. Manager was on a non-business call, I was missing half of the order when I... picked it up and had to come back. No one here knew what they were doing. Read more
Really enjoyed this local spot. Real tasty i will stop by again when I'm in visiting.
The cashier was nice and tried. The two steam table girls were beyond rude. As well as the manager didn?t really seem to engage... with any of the customer. My fries were cold and my burger was built like a leaning tower. Just really sad to see a locationdive into chaos in this manner. Read more
Overall service was very good and food was good. I am just not a huge fan of Cincinnati style chili. I like my chili with beans... and chunky beef, not beef ground so fine the chili feels more like a sauce. But, if Cincinnati style chili is your thing,Goldstar is good. Read more
The cashier was VERY rude. He would get visibly frustrated (huffing and rolling his eyes) with me as I was deciding what I... wanted to order.
