A spacious place to drop in if your hanging around the banks. The servers were friendly but the food was kinda slow, basic... seasoning and the cocktails were on the simple side. We had a party of 10 and Most of us weren't impressed enough to hang aroundfor more. Maybe beers and just appetizers for me next time. Read more

I ordered the steak Frites. I asked for it medium. It came out chalky and well done. I informed our server this was the case,... and she said she would remove it from the bill. However when we got the bill the steak was still on there. $40 for a steakcooked poorly, and told it would be removed from the bill, however I still was charged for it. Never will visit again! My friend and I come in on Saturday night. Lucky for us, it wasn’t that crowded. We showed our ID to the always friendly... security guard and made our way in. We were the only two people at the end of the bar. A brunette waitress looks at us twice andturns back around. She is not serving anyone. The third time she turns around and approaches us and asks for our drink order. Isay “did you not see us the first time?” She immediately goes over to another waitress serving a customer and waves her armacross her throat. She leaves the bar area and my friend and I leave. At the door she is talking to security. This is not thefirst time a bartender at Gala has been rude, another bar tender with shoulder length highlighted hair. The door personal asked for i.d. which is fine but then let 4 or 5 young girls in without asking anything, when I asked him... about it he said yea they were here last night I know them. Then we are seated, the server takes our drink order and someappetizers, we'll 45 min later will nothing on table no drinks or food, we go to the door man and ask for our check since no onewanted to work. He calls someone a server came out from back said our food is almost ready. We said no thanks we never gotdrinks either. Will never go back, I emailed the reasturant and never got a response. I don’t usually take the time to review locations but felt the need to shout out a bartender I encountered at Galla recently.... Zach was extremely friendly, personable, and made our experience amazing. Despite the high volume, he was attentive and did notrush when speaking with us. He recommended different drinks and food for us to try, and they were all incredible. I’m itchingto get back and have the chicken again! Sit at the bar and ask for Gabbi she has a great personality and her recommendations were spot on. Had a burger and meet balls... and they were delicious! The overall service was great! It’s nice when the staff works together like they did we had multiplepeople ask if we needed anything what a change from other restaurants. Read more
