No stars!!!!! This is the absolute WORST Frisch's ever!!!!! Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes for my food and it was not... right!!! Breakfast was hard as a rock, bacon asked for soft and it was very brittle. Asked for warm biscuits and you could givesomeone a concussion if you hit them with it. What kind of management runs this place now? Seems like nobody is running it. Toomany employees not to get it right and NOBODY is wearing GLOVES!!!! Absolutely disgusting this place!!! Just went in to order a breakfast bowl as carry out?the African American gentleman that takes the orders is a really really good... dude!! He took the time to make sure my custom order was right?AND IT CAME OUT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Great job HartwellFrischs!!! Ordered the fish sandwich but got fish & chips. The fries were good, the reason for the 2 stars, but the fish was terrible! Not... typically a Frisch's fan but was in a hurry to get on the road back home. Definitely do not recommend the fish ???? Read more

If I could give them no stars I would! I am very disappointed in my experience here! Just ordered a super big boy with fries... with a Vanilla Coke. Waited 30 mins for just that. They handed my order to someone else and he put his hands all over it. Sothey had to remake my order. For the wait they did give me a hot fudge Sunday, but it?s been an hour plus that I have beenwaiting for my food!! Also they gave the man that touched my food his order first and we ordered the same thing just no Coleslaw. So don?t you think they would give me the order they made before him? Also I have watched a family come in dine in andcash out before I have my food. Like I said I have waited over an hour and I still don?t have my food. Read more
