I visited for lunch this past Friday, Service was fantastic! I watched Beatrice the lady in charge, run the entire restaurant,... and still provide excellent service to customers. She showed polite mannerisms that you just don't see in public anymore.Excellent job Beatrice ???? Read more

They need to update the on-line and printed menu. Fish and chips isn't served at Frisch's big boys any longer. I was... disappointed. The menu since COVID has been very slimmed down. They do have a fish sandwich but that's not what I wanted. Pickings are slim. They don't seem that busy whenever I come in. Not sure if they do more drive-through. I won't be back, not happy with the left of menu options. The waitresses are polite the food for what they have is ok. Read more
I never thought I would like tarter sauce on a burger but Big Boy changed my mind. I had the B L T burger and it was a very good... burger. I also tried the hot fudge cake which was delicious. Hot fudge cake is a large portion perfect for sharing. Read more

Left Cracker Barrell due to poor customer service and drove to Frisch's. Always good food here. Management really down to Earth... and was educating us on the time line of the red headed big boy ( that me and my family seen at the American Sign Museum inCincinnati) instead of black headed big boy. Customer service was excellent even though our waitress was pregnant. I'm sure shewas tired. She didn't show it. She was on it. Zooming around doing everything. So impressed by her and the staff.
