I work third shift so I was picking up dinner for work by the time I ate my dinner this or was already closed and my food was... incorrect. I called the next day when they opened after I woke up for the day which was evening time and the manager said ithad been too long for him to replace my food because it had been more than 24 hours. I hung up then checked my receipt and hitit not been 24 hours yet so I called back and Henry the manager told me to stop calling! I left a message on the automatedsystem for the corporate office no one has called me back and no one has apologized no one has replaced my food or offered me arefund! Over priced, $3.00 for a glass of tea that was only 16oz and I could get at circle k for .99¢. I had visited the same... restaurant during the height of the pandemic shutdown and it cost me $26.39 for 1 sandwich and 1 trip to the breakfast bar. Icouldn't get the waitress to even look my way to get a second helping from the bar. I realize it's not the waitress fault butthat place is getting out of hand. Read more
I'm ticked off. I ordered and paid online. Went to pick up through the drive thru and was told I had to come inside. I masked up... and went in and told the cashier I had an online order and my name. She appeared confused so I repeated the name. She the askedto "see" what I ordered. I TOLD her my order of fish sandwich with cheese and a California burger combo. She goes in back toinquire and brings my order (I had to request my coke)hands it to me *blank stare* no thank you have a good evening nothing.Then I get home to find American cheese not provolone, white onion not red and I could've sworn there was supposed to be baconon here. It was actually perfect , my 93 yr old client and I went out for lunch and we were serviced fast and quickly. Then last time I got food delivered from here was on the day of the found out my dad died. I ordered the grilled chicken meal... with Mashed potatoes, fries and a slice of coconut cream pie. They sent me a piece of chicken that looked like it belonged on asandwich instead of the grilled chicken. I only got the potatoes and no fries and no pie. To say it made my already day worsewould be an understatement. It wouldn't of been so bad if they had given me the coconut cream pie which is the only reason Iordered in the first place sadly.
