Everyone was working and on task even thru busy rush hour. Our waitress Patricia A.took care of us and was very fast and she... needs a raise in my opinion. She was helping her tables and putting food on breakfast bar ect. They looked short staffed buteveryone in kitchen stayed working and our food was hot and fresh. We had the best Bigboys ever! So fresh, delicious and made to order!!! When we complemented the chef they said he had 34 years... of experience. How awesome is that. Frisch?s you are definitely doing something right. This restaurant was very clean which isespecially important in this crazy time we live in. Patricia was very attentive and spot on with drinks, utensils and extranapkins! We didn?t need to ask for anything. How impressive in these times. Plus she wore a smile that wasn?t fake. It was great, love waiting at the drive thru for 7 minutes before anyone answers it. Couldn't understand what she was saying so... i went inside. Waited 13 minutes for 2 bowls of vegetable soup. Young woman who helped me at the cash register was nice andhelpful. Soup was hot, vegetables were chewy and tough. Id still go back though. Pretty much what i expect from restaurants nowa days. Customer service was nice. What you see in the image is the cherry pie shake. The burger was regular tasting nothing special.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was 1 tender. Tiny. I got back to work and it was raw. Pink. I bit into it. Had to take it... back. They saw it was pink. Made me another one. Never again. There were two ladies there who had very good customer service. Read more
