The service was not bad but the food was awful it didn't taste right and was dry they didn't make it like they was supposed to.... They only had one person serving tables pretty much they were also doing the dishes bussing tables and cashing people out all bythemselves. They were understaffed. Frischs is not like it used to be. I'm giving 5 stars because our server took care of our party of 14. He never forgot one thing we ordered and kept the bills... separated and accurate. We will definitely start using this location going forward. Thanks for providing outstanding service???? Read more

Light skinned manager (I?m assuming was the manager since she had a overwhelming attitude at this location) didn?t believe me... when I said I had a missing burger and Mac n? cheese?.She tried argue that I was lying when I wasn?t. I verbally communicatedthat I could look in my car again for the food, but by that time she just let it go and gave me my missing items??women can bevery emotional I get that since I?m one myself, but be emotional outside of work instead of over some food that you?re not gonnaeat. I normally don't complain too much about fast food when I go through a drive-thru. But I expect a lot better quality from... Frisch's than this. That's what's supposed to be a big boy with extra tartar sauce. I went in and saw the manager showed him mypictures and he gave me a credit for a whole new big boy so he did take care of me and he was a little disappointed in hiscooking staff for what they presented to me. I don't expect perfection when going through a drive-thru for fast food. But thiswas a little disappointing to me. Especially for a Frisch's that I have been going to for over 30 years. So I'm going to editmy review. To five stars Reason is I returned with my credit from the store manager for the bad experience that I had and theyabsolutely made it right and knocked it out of the park. This is a delicious big boy and is everything that a big boy shouldbe. You made it right guys and girls. The original execution may have been all off par. Disappointed and grossed out. Orderd online for pickup. Food was done in the time that was allotted. Get home. Black slimy... lettuce. Burger patty missing what appears to be a bite out of it. The shape of a bite is unmistakable. Is that what it was? Idon't think I want to know. The bottom bun is so soggy. Just drenched and squishy. My son's kids meal is missing the fry. Thesweet tea we ordeded turned out to be unsweet. I was hungry. But as soon as I saw that black lettuce it ruined my appetite. Thenupon further inspection that piece of missing burger patty.
