Frisch?s website and Frisch?s restaurant on Glenway Avenue should be ash. I ordered scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits &... gravy, potato spuds, wheat toast, breakfast big boy with fries and a soda. I went on the inside to pick up, very noisy in theback. Next, they had my order wrong, order had pancakes which I did not order. Biscuits with no gravy, no wheat toast no drinkwith the combo meal, bacon which I did not order, I ordered sausage links. After I bought it to the attention the cashier theorder came back incorrect again. When I got home I realized no drink for the combo, the biscuit gravy was watery, the eggs wasrubbery, sausage patties not links. I called the manager at this Frisch?s, she advised that the website allowed customers toorder things that the restaurant does not offer and the cook did not want me to leave without anything. I advised her that theyshould have called me and advised me, no spuds, no sausage links. Needless to say on my lunch I will take these items back,another restaurant I will no longer go to. Worst experience we have ever had at this location my wife went through the drive through and they totally screwed up a turkey... club a club melt and onion rings the turkey club had no bacon on t neither did the club melt which wasn't even a club melt justa club put in a warmer it wasn't even made right. I can only say more training is needed for employees and the turkey on mywife's turkey club looked and smelled like it was bad have had issues in the past with this location thought maybe it had gottenbetter since the issues we had last year but it was worse definitely will not be going back to this location Read more
Well me and two other people went to get something to eat we went to this location and our service sucked our food was not the... greatest. My friend had to return her salad because they gave her the wrong dressing. My sweet tea tasted like it sat there allday and not sweet at all. My toast was burnt it was a horrible experience I will never eat there again it was a waste of moneyand time. Read more

Every Frisch's I go to serves terrible tasting food and that's not all. You're lucky if you actually get what you ordered. ... This time I ordered online for pies. I ordered 2 pies to pick up on 11/18 for dinner on Sunday the 20th. Check your orderbefore you leave the restaurant. I ordered 1 pumpkin pie and 1 apple pie. When we opened the boxes on Sunday I had 2 pumpkinpies and no apple pie to put the vanilla ice cream on that I had bought. I contacted them online and I've heard nothing. I'mnot surprised. What surprises me is that these restaurants are still in business. This is the 3rd time a Frisch's has screwedup my order. I will never go to another Frisch's ever again. Read more
