This Frisch's has went way downhill over the years. Always have to wait forever for food whether you dine in or go through the... drive thru. Also, their chicken tenders look nothing like they do in the commercials or pictures, they are small and dry. Read more
Today Mary was working the breakfast Buffett. Never did she have such appreciation for me as a customer. I asked can you tell... me what these are well mam 1 is a Turkey and 1 is a pork sausage. Ooh I will take the Turkey mam I will get right on it to getsome more made right away. I am good I only want 1. Mary states but yes other customers might want some and I gotta keep ourcustomers happy and items filled. I went through the drive-thru in the morning before work and it was the best service I have had in a long time in a restaurant.... They were very polite and quick to get my order together. I requested to talk to the manager to let him know that he is a greatjob. The food was hot and fresh and even though I made some adjustments to the sandwich I was eating they got everythingcompletely correct.
