It was our first time and I wanted to try it all! The whipped feta app was so good, the Summer Buratta salad was lovely, and the... beet and mushroom tartare was unexpected and tasty. Of course, I forgot to take pictures. Each entree was a hit, from braisedshort rib, to seared scallops with pork belly, to lobster, crab and shrimp roll and lemon pasta with shrimp. The restaurant is nestled in quaint downtown mariemont. The setting is very comfortable. Service by Noah was great. The... whipped feta appetizer was unique and tasty. The calamari was overcooked. The blackened ruby red trout looked beautiful butlacked flavor. The shrimp limone you could taste the lemon but it lacked overall flavor and the shrimp were overcooked. Maybe it's just our taste buds but most of the food was on the bland side (we had to ask for salt and pepper). Location is... great, service is fine, but no bread to complement to soak up the sauces and value was low for what you get compared to nextdoor at Quarter Bistro (flavor + charm). Fantastic food. Leaks with blackened ruby red trout and smoked trout raviolis was amazing. Everything on the menu was either... gluten free or gluten free upon request, so that was nice. Delicious food, great atmosphere, middle of Mariemont with greatparking. Read more
Booking with google is super easy. Hosts are nice and attentive. Great interior design and decorations. It is quite loud but... that’s mainly due to guest I think. Crab cake is delicious. Salmon is so-so. We don’t like the way it’s cooked.Supplements can be switched to be more compliment of the fish. Filet and shrimp is OK. Wife doesn’t like it but Idid.
