Girl taking my order needs to lose her attitude. Accidentally said soy milk instead of oat milk and she went off on me saying... they don?t have that with a very nasty attitude. I drove off not worth it won?t be coming to this location any longer. Read more
Just stopped on Saturday morning for breakfast. Service was super nice and helpful even with a big order/questions during a busy... time. The line was long but we were still in and out within 5 minutes. Both of our breakfast sandwiches were hot and tasty, andthe frozen coffees were well made! Tried this one 4 different times. All 4 times, nothing but issues. Drinks made incorrectly, over charged and out of every donut... but the nasty ones. Then when you do take the nasty ones, they're stale. Donuts are never fresh here, as they admitted that theysit out all day. Coffee cups are NEVER full. See picture below. This is supposed to be a hot toasted almond latte. This dunkinis horrible and we will not be back. Employees are extremely rude, as I've heard the manager is too, after reading otherreviews. Just terrible all around. I have tried this location 3 times. I figured every place can have its bad days, but this one is just... ran poorly. Every time I've been there they've been out of something. First time they were out of donut holes, second they wereout of every donut except for some jelly filled one, this morning they were out of lattes and machiattos. The staff is neverfriendly, just very dry. They ask what do you want and that's it. No hi or anything friendly.
