So this location sent out coupons via mail. Went once and used a couple no problem. Came a second time and employee said they... had already been used?!? Ummm, how is that possible? When I used coupons the first time they took them. She refused to getmanager and I was not going to pay full price when I received coupons for this location. Wanted to try this location becausekenwood is awful. Well, I guess so is this one. Why send out coupons if you don?t let people use them? Read more
I use to really like this Dunkin location. They use to have a very friendly and heart warming staff. In the last month or so... this has turned into the worst location I?ve been to. I go to Dunkin every Saturday because it?s a tradition I?m carrying onfrom my mother to my children. I love Dunkin and so do my daughters, but like I said in the last month or so this location onWooster has become terrible. Not sure what happened to the old staff, but I do not recognize anyone in there. Coffee is terribleand bitter. They do not know how to make anything. Every time I pull up to the window there is at least three people juststanding there staring at the wall. Everyone in there needs to be let go or have a good week of training. Zero stars btw. I just received the worst cup of coffee I have had in years. When I alerted the staff they just belittled me and continued to do... so after I walked away. I was polite. I didnt even ask for a refund. I will stop at a gas station for coffee from now on. youcan read my other reviews, I am usually very positive. This place was so bad on so many levels. Read more
