First time picking up their pizza. Was much hotter than most deliveries. Also more savings.
The pizza is ok, but this location always gets the order wrong. I've tried twice to order pickles on my pizza and both times... they didn't include it and didn't call, just delivered the wrong pizza. They also have messed up on the salad dressing. EDIT: Ijust ordered pickles on my pizza again, and this time we called the store and made sure they did in fact have pickles on hand aswe were ordering. They assured us that they did and promised they would check it before it left. Guess what! Even still, therewere no pickles, and they left off another topping as well, and cut it incorrectly (we requested pie cut, it came in squares).I'm very disappointed that this location continues to get orders wrong, even when called. So I?m not usually one to get on and leave a nasty review. However my experience at this location was horrible the system was... down for online ordering. I then was told to call the store only to be out on hold for 10 minutes. Found out I was charged threetimes for my order but they had no ability to see what I order so I didn?t even get the pizza. I was put on hold again to waitfor the manager to speak over the phone. He told me he had no clue how to refund me and that I had to cal corporate. Read more
Normally love Donatos. We live up North, not too many stores around us. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Mason.... Pizza was cold upon delivery, no cheese on the edge of the pizza. All the toppings were piled in the middle of the pizza, seemedlike an excessive amount of sauce. We ate 2 pieces and threw it away. Very poor experience. Read more
My favorite wings. Pricey but worth every bite. Chipotle dry rub. Service was courteous and friendly. They let me mix and match... the flavors. I ate all the garlic rub ones before I knew it. Repeat, repeat, repeat customer. Thumbs high ????. Read more
How did they get 3 stars!!? I go zero for the restaurant and 4 for the pie. This is the worst run restaurant on Earth. I... called in an order and was told 15 min. I show up in 20. 6 people in front of me picking up. One had half his order and was toldthey weren?t sure when the rest would be done. Another guy - they had given his order to somebody else. Me - they say ... Idon?t know when it will be done. We?re really busy. I mention the 15 min and was told whoever promised that should not have. I?m thinking there?s no manager here. Was too bad.
