My mother had never been on a train before and it was one of her biggest dreams other than buying a house. She got both dreams... coming true the weekend we went! I took her for her birthday and she was like a little kid. The food was pretty good,reminiscent of cruise line food if you've been on a cruise. The prime rib was cooked well and the sides were good. The dessertswere delicious, my mother and husband got the cheesecake and I got the chocolate pecan pie. I would definitely recommend thepie! While the food was good, the train ride experience itself was phenomenal. We got to explore the whole train, including thefood cart and speak with the staff which was very cool. The only part you didn't get to explore was the conductor train. Therewas a little show in the back where the Sisters sang. They did a great job and it really takes you back in time! Then my mom gotto blow the train horn which made her do a happy dance that speaks for itself. I definitely suggest anyone interested to book atrip! Read more
Dine while you take ride, MotherDay/Birthday gift?I couldn?t imagine where there were a passenger train that you can eat in here... in Cincinnati well I soon found out. The atmosphere was awesome to imagine being in that era of time ( especially when somedressed for the occasion)! Food was good, my family of course was great, servers were awesome, the singers ???? they song a tunethat my mom use to sing ????, and the conductor was a joy kept us laughing? so if you would like the experience book now becausethe wait is probably 2 months, and yes I?m going again!! We had an amazing time on the dinner train! Lucky, our waitress was incredible and Craig our conductor was so informative! Craig... even selected Kalvin to go on the exclusive locomotive tour! The Queen City sisters were great at the end of the ride. Dave wasparticularly amazing for waiting with us for our Uber. Food was great! Scenery was okay. We will be back! Read more
We love dinner trains, but didn't know there was an excellent train so near to us. The dinner itself was excellent. A huge plus... for us were the history "lessons" from the conductor. We could also tour the entire train after the meal. We'll be back! Read more
First time for me riding, gift from my son. It was a lot of fun. History lesson, good food and a sightseeing tour all in one. ... Only complaint is my son would have liked to have had the choice of which car we sat in as got placed in the same one he's donebefore. Seems to be no order for which car you get. Read more

Wonderful experience ????????????????, pleasant staff, great food and atmosphere!! This was our first time and we definitely... enjoyed it.. Don?t be late!! They mean what they say ??????????????????? if you are not boarded between the hour of 5pm to5:45pm you are going to get left!! The train ???? takes off exactly at 6pm and stops boarding at 5:45pm?
