Has not been a good location since opened. Management has no idea what they are doing. I have never left a review but after... waiting 35 minutes and watching the manager sit and eat with an enormous line, I figured it's time. I watched multiple peoplewalk out due to the long wait. There is one person working the main line and 3 people working the take out line. This one was good and we have been here multiple times earlier but, the staff was so not into a mood to make our rice bowl... today. We had to wait for long to get order placed and then the boys across the counter were just so bored to fill in our order.Also, the guacamole had all turned brown. Ordered in-person, to go. I had two exactly same orders. The wrapping of the burritos was the worst I've ever seen and it wasn't... because they were full--there was hardly any portions in them! It took 3 minutes to get my food after paying and everything wasstone cold. Agree with another reviewer who said they prioritize drive through and pickup orders over in-person patrons. Read more
Went to this location for a pick up at 8pm. Waited in a close to standstill line until around 8:20pm. Once I finally reached the... window the girl told me I?d have to either pull around again or come in and wait another 45 minutes because they were stillworking on orders from 7:30. I told her I?d like to just cancel my order and she just gave me a business card to call to get myrefund and didn?t even apologize. This location used to be great and it?s the worst one in the city now. Food is always wrong orgross. Service is not only snail slow, the associates are typically rude as well. Stay away from this location. I have gave it a few time to redeem its self and after today I will not be back at all. My... girlfriend and I walked in and the service counter was absolutely filthy with food on it. The food in the pans was dry and crustlooking so I told my girlfriend there is no way we will eat this. A certain employee thought it was funny and laughed at me forsaying that. I got the last laugh and called and complained to corporate with the description of the employee. The managersshould be ashamed of the cleanliness and the disrespect of the employee(s) that work there. They should also be reprimanded. Wewent on down the road to Moe? s and the food was a lot better than Chipotle, the restaurant was spotless and the employees washard working and fast!
