Great!!! We did order 2 kids meals (chicken quesadillas) and they made a tortilla with just cheese and put the chicken on the... side. Kids refused to eat it said it was gross. Did online pickup. Read more
This restaurant was dirty! Hard crusty food on the line and prep tables, trash/food on the floors. The precooked the food and... pulled it out of the warming cabinet, nothing was fresh! Fajitas were nasty! No one said hello, and there were only 3 customerbesides us. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for 15 years (worked for you years ago (chips guy to GM) and I have never seena store in worse order! Absolutely terrible and crew member, or cashier or Service manager cleaned, whipped a table or anysurface the entire 30 mins we sat am ate. Read more
I ordered online and the burrito bowl was only half full. Chipotle does not want to repair their wrong doing. I got a Corporate... email thanking me for communicating the issue but doing nothing. It has happened many times and I see that I am not the onlycustomer complaining. Read more

Update: Now that things have calmed down, the service has improved considerably. You still have to keep on them about portion... size but overall things have gotten a lot better. I believe the ingredients come out of the employee's pay check. That's theonly way I can explain the constant half sized portions. Do not order online as they will short you and charge full price. My wife?s bowl was cold, the brown rice wasn?t cooked. We keep giving second chances to this location but they always let us... down. No more, we?re done. Taco Bell is just 5 more minutes down the street. Read more
