Only ate at this kind years back and all I tasted was bread. Second time I wanted to see if maybe it just a bad bread day before... so walked got there and was closed (Sunday) I didn't understand why that was such a busy weekend day of the week and come tofind out that it's a follower of Christ to closed on Sundays. Let me first say, I love Chick FIL A. However this location needs some help. I normally choose Chick FIL A because 1 I like... the food 2 they're quick 3 they're clean 4 they're friendly. This is the first time that I have not been greeted, thanked, told"my pleasure" by an employee. When we approached the counter he was swatting gnats away. The kids went to find us a table,when they came back they said " dad there's no clean tables.". There were only two other tables occupied, but they were right.There wasn't a single clean table anywhere. The floor was dirty the trash cans were over flowing the place was in completedisarray. Parking lot is designed for drive thru. I had to walk a distance from my car to the restaurant. And it wasn't even busy.
Ridiculous. Sat in line for 40 minutes! I couldn't even leave because they trap once your car is in line. Maybe give people a... heads up if you're going to waste that much of our time. At one point the line did not move for 15 minutes. Well the food isgood and the staff is fine but this seems to be a problem with most restruants with fries. (Not City Bird) Used to be 5 star.Staying at one until I feel the issue has been fixed. I want the size I order. If this is a large then your price needs to belowered considerably. Love the food and love Chick-fil-A's stand on Godliness! However, had an issue with a pick-up order. The order was not ready... upon arrival and after I had waited for some time, I approached the staff about the order. They acted like they were not ready,apologized, and got the order ready a few minutes later. Unfortunately, when I arrived home I discovered that it was not myorder.
