This place is amazing! I was only in the mall to do some shopping and had never seen one of these in person before, and I was... totally shocked by how nicely I was treated as soon as I entered. I wish I could give it zero stars! First, I love Capital One financial products. I have both a checking and savings, and a... Capital One credit card. Second, the Café is very spacious and well kept for the times I've been in. Third, the problem is thebanking staff; specifically, the account ambassadors are some of the rudest people I've ever met in the banking industry. Inoticed, when I went in, the account ambassadors won't ask if you need help and if you approach them for help regarding youraccount or the ATM, they behave as if you're bothering them. Best checking account I have ever had. No other bank can compete with their overdraft credit. So happy to have one of these in... our town. Cafe made great frappes, and drinks are half off for Capital one card customers. Read more
Had them make a new batch of coffee and it was WAY too strong. It was also very bitter even with 1/3 of it being milk.
