I used to come here weekly before they shut down but I?ve only been a few times since they reopened. Every time since then has... been horrible but this most recent time was the worst. My vegefi burger was burnt to a point where I couldn?t eat it along withthe nasty fries. I assume they will be shutting down again because they?re only accepting takeout orders and the inside of therestaurant is not clean. Sad because I used to love it but I think it?s time for a better restaurant to take their place. Read more

My Wagyu burger was good...when I finally received it, but it wasn't worth the time I spent waiting for it. I understand that it... was a busy night due to the city's BLINK event, but shouldn't the restaurant have planned for this ahead of time? I noticedthat it was busy when I arrived, so I sat outside and ordered (and paid) online to avoid the line. When I went in to get myorder (approximately 25 minutes later as instructed), they told me they hadn't placed it yet (a technological glitch?) Theperson at the counter then handed my order slip to the cook. They did the same for a few other online orderers, but they didn'tseem to have a system for organizing order priority based on.. well based on anything. At least one online customer who arrivedafter me received their order before me...as did a number of walk-in diners in line. I kept wondering what was the point ofordering online. In other restaurants it means they prepare your order and it's ready when you get there. I was hungry, so atone point, I asked them if I could just get a refund. They told me I would have to request it on the app. I looked for a way todo that on the app and there appeared to be no easy solution. After I stood at the counter waiting for at least 40 minutes, Ifinally got my burger and fries. The food was good but the overall ordering experience wasn't. Read more

Closed when it was supposed to be open Saturday on a pre Game day lunch stop and no one on site, no notice. I want to be an... informed customer so I don?t drive from out of town and then arrive to a waste of time. Thankfully other establishments wereopen but it was a loss because I didn?t get the opportunity to eat there. ?update to clean up review Read more

Drink machine didn't work and didn't have ice. Condiments dispenser empty. Wife's burger had wrong cheese. Fries were cold. My... SWAG burger was good. Onion rings were awesome. Ceiling fan was filthy and seats had rips. The floor was greasy and slippery. Read more

Everything was delicious! I ordered the juicy Lucy burger and the Cajun fries. Needless to say the meal did even last long... enough for me to take a photo. Food tasted great. Only issue is the location. I seriously hope they build other locations. Ipicked my order up and it was a bit of a hassle with finding a parking spot to get to this location. Read more

Food was good, but pricy. (Pre Bengals Game, live music outside, BUSY atmosphere) When we first sat down (festival seating at a... long table we eventually overtook) The line was out the door, when we got to order, they said they weren't taking orders foronion rings... Fries were delish, Burger reminded me of basic fast food with a stamped bun. We each ordered individually, butstill seemed to take FOREVER. 2nd round of kids rolled in, ~30 minutes later - at the start of the game.... Line was still outthe door, but they were able to order onion rings- they did NOT disappoint! Plan on walking to get here. Read more

The service ruined our first experience. The food was quite good but really pricey. The burgers and fries were hot and... well-made, the fries actually crispy. The service was very poor. We went to the Freedom Way location before a Reds game, andbeing so close to the stadium they were bound to be busy. The staff seemed to not care. After waiting about 10 minutes for ourfood I noticed everyone in the restaurant was waiting; no one was actually eating. Though there were seldom more than twocustomers at a time waiting to order, the staff (I could see about 7 or 8) kept their leisurely pace taking orders and makingfood. Customers were understandably frustrated at the wait time, and after several asking how much longer they had to wait oneemployee yelled from the counter to the whole restaurant that new orders were taking 45 minutes and to stop asking the staff forupdates. We got our food about 20 minutes after ordering, and when we were almost done they announced my name and the number wehad been given: they had remade our food. Not a problem for us but frustrating to the other customers who had to wait evenlonger. If you have lots of time and patience and don?t mind paying a premium for burgers and fries give BurgerFi a try.Otherwise go somewhere else where you might get decent service. Read more

Looks like you might be temporarily closed currently but I for to share our experience about 4-5 months ago while visiting... Cincinnati by the Reds Stadium. We were walking by all the small restaurants there and ultimately decided on BurgerFi and Igotta say that I'm glad we did! Best chili cheese fries I've ever had and the Hot dog ???? and Burger ???? were ridiculouslygood. Friendly staff too made the whole experience great. Hopefully you guys reopen soon. Read more
