Recently remodeled doesn't help the fact that their staff is Unfriendly. Been there twice and sandwich is never right. I don't... like raw tomatoes. First time they greet me with what do you want. Then I got a burnt Impossible whopper. Who greets guests likethat? 2 stars because it's BK. I expect the food to taste a certain way ant it does. I guess they are short staff like mostplaces. So I'm forced to delete my previous rave review. It turns out I wasn't in possession of all the 'facts'; I'm saddened by... this. Over the past two mornings I have witnessed blatant racism (yes...racism) against white customers by the black mgmt.First morning, I went to enter the dining room (after 8:00 am). Door was locked, stood there a moment, then went back to my carto wait a few mins. Then two black female bus drivers went to door, found it locked, and the black female mgr came running andlet *them* in. After they left? I *assumed* door was open, but it was locked again! Today? I stopped once more (after 8:00 am).There was a white man parked right at BK's front door. He wasn't eating, and appeared to just be sitting there waiting. I triedgoing in...LOCKED. Went to my car to make a call, and as I was on call? He sat there a bit longer, then apparently gave up on itand left. A couple mins after this? A black man came rolling up in a Mercedes, went up to door and black mgr came running & letHIM in! My jaw hit the floor. That man then leaves with his bag of food. I was on the phone several mins more, when I saw theblack mgr inside walk to that outer door w/his keys and finally unlock it to every one else who wasn't exclusively blackapparently...and this wasn't till almost 9:00 a.m.! I'm giving this place a 5star because the manager has to put up with alot of bs. I've been there 2x in last 2 weeks, girl at... register has some issues, same girl ea time. 1st time clock in and hide in bathroom, no one to take orders...He was able tosettle her down today, I really thought she was going to get out of control. I have to stop here just about every day after I leave the dog park to grab a cone and sometimes a plain cheeseburger for my... dog. They are always busy but they are always very courteous. The food is always hot and fresh. Read more
Changing my previous 5 star review to a 1 star review because Burger King isn't paying their workers enough to attract enough... people to stay open their scheduled hours. Also I show up to get a Chicken sandwich and I'm told they've already torn downtheir chicken station for the evening and can't make any chicken. Not really the worker's fault but it is highly disappointing. Read more
