They move very slow, and even after a 30min wait in line, 10min at the window, I was declined a courtesy drink for the wait. All... because my prego wanted a whopper. Things we do for love. We were served cold sandwiches and the fries were hot. They had sandwiches permade. You can't not permake sandwiches that should... be served hot!!! This has happened to us at several Burger King locations. But at least the second set of burgers were hot. Read more
Do not attempt to order anything outside of the menu with expectations of accuracy. Do not order regular menu items with... expectations of it being within 3 hours of fresh. Do not expect the staff to be friendly or engage in the experience. This hasbeen my home burger king for years. Read more
Just left the drive thru. Here lately majority of the fast food restaurant we have been ordering from have missed giving us our... food, so we checked our order these older ghetto black lady came too the window and started to point her finger telling us toomove out car up. Then she said "hurry up we are on a time limit!" Will never go back to the location. These manager need tothink about who they hire. Majority of the workers are hateful and unfriendly individuals. No stars.. It's really sad to see Brentwood Plaza go to the dumps. Went to drive thru, the car ahead of us didn't order anything... because they were told to wait. They left, so I pulled forward to order. No response after sitting for awhile. Defeats thepurpose of being fast food. Employees were standing outside in the back, so I left. If you want flame broiled biscuits for breakfast, this is your restaurant. I don't think the employees know what a biscuit is... supposed to look like. Broken crunchy biscuits with the texture of a Chips Ahoy cookie is not good. Check out the Jimmy Deanbiscuit package at the supermarket. I have responded to surveys, I called the phone number on the receipt and the qualitycontinues to decline. McDonald's here I come. Read more
