Grabed a double whopper meal last night on my way to work. I asked for no pickles cause I was allergic to them and they added... extra pickles. By the time I got to work and realized it they were closed. And when I called to get a refund the next morning Igot told that they couldn't cause it was the day after. This is wrong. I had 1st gone to the golden arches, were the line was ridiculous. Then I remembered there was a Burger King on my way back... home. While I was only using the drive-thru I encountered 4 employees. If I could give a zero i would. This location right here...has went down drastically. Where to start? Ill start with the drive... thru employee who was texting on her phone at the drive thru when I went in. I had to go in because noone ever took my order inthe drive thru. So that makes sense now that I see whats going on inside. I was ignored at front counter as well. I stood closeto 5 min before employee who had been standing there whole time looking at fries says yall have a guest up front. When the drivethru employee comes over I ask her for manager. I can hear the manager grumpily says she's too busy too see what I want and I'dhave to just wait. Her name was Tiajuana they said. Manager never comes out. I leave. Thank God for Frischs (rght next door)they were happy to serve me. The quality of management here has changed drastically.
