Me and my 11 yr old twins daughters stopped to eat and placed our dine in order at which a male customer comes in and begins... threatening another customer while the business is busy the threatening from one customer to the other continued and themanager didn't say or do anything then both men start to go into parking lot and arguing and threats continued so one of theemployees goes and locks the doors to lock the 2 men out so all the while I had been waiting 20 plus minutes for our food thenwhen I finally get our food another aggressive argument breaks out with 2 burger king male employees one employee got into theothers face threatening him and alot of profanity being said all over one employee calling the other one dude.so all this wenton with my kids and other kids in the restaurant seeing it all.so with all said and done my food wasn't made right and cold thatI didn't even wanna eat it..please reach out to me.. thank u.. Very kind staff. They are professional and fast. Also, I accidentally left my bank card there, Sharon was amazing, she protected... the card until I retrieved it. After my 4th bad visit to this location on my lunch break, I thought it was time to say something. I ordered the same meal, the... same way each visit and they were all at different times of the day, different days of the week so there is no excuse for theproduct they are putting out. I won't go into details except to say that I'll check it out again in a few weeks and update thisreview accordingly. HORRIBLE BK! They charge you for sauce and probably extra straws. If you can go to the one across the 275 bridge literally 2 min... down the street. They're much less uptight about their minimum wadge positions. I didnt even ask and they gave me acomplimentary drink but i forgot my sauces so i stopped at this one and of course the thing with orange tinted eye balls thatwould scare my children charged me for my sauces even though i showed her my receipt from the one down the street. She obviouslytakes her personal problems out on her customers. Very sad to see this bk employee such incompetence. Its been there since i wasa kid smh. Read more
I'm sorry but there was only one guy working and it took me 30 minutes just waiting and then a few more just to get my food. I... was literally at the speaker for 30 minutes. I got out from the movie at 10:20 I was waiting in line till 10:57 almost 11 pm. Itreally sucked. But I hope it gets better for that one guy that did his best. Read more
I was expecting dine-in option at 7 PM but door was locked. I order Drive-through and staff was little rude. When I asked to... have drink without ice, staff gave weird angry look and started murmuring. Food was tasty but staff should behave nicely! Read more
