I've had good experiences mobile app ordering at this BK location, including today Sunday at 3:50pm.
Very slow service. Had to pay extra for sauce. Help was texting when she should be serving customers. Table was dirty. Had to go... back and ask for catch-up.Notice customer behind me waiting for a long time to get order. What else? Your store is in trouble. Read more

This Burger King at the moment cannot keep employees. You almost always have to use the drive-thru, I don't like drive-thrus I'd... rather go in and order my food. So on that note I stopped going. The front doors are locked so much I had to report them to thecompany. How is it that every other fast food restaurant on the Pike you can walk-in and order except for Burger King. Was missing a sandwich. Thankfully the manager noticed before I even had to say anything. Got home and the fish sandwich is dark... brown, as in looks same color as my husbands beef patty. I now have to cook something else to eat defeating the purpose ofstopping for food and wasting my money. Read more

The service was fast and well presented. The dining area was immaculate. Special recognition goes out to employee 'Brianna... Luna', (I hope I got her name right). I was in a sour mode having just left my bank and feeling very frustrated. Brianna'scheerful smile and prompt service brightened my day. I wish everyone could experience this type of service. Burger King still has a good burger and most times it fresh
