Every thing is great except I order crinkle fries got curly,they tasted fine just not what I order
Food was awful I took it back 2nd sandwich was wayyyy better. The mgr that day was so professional and nice!!!

Prices are increasing significantly while food quality and service have decreased. The least they can do is take a moment to... make sure the meat and sauce is actually on the bun not all over the container or their new sandwich "bags" which are horribleand leave the bun soggy. They also randomly close early sometimes and don't let people wishing to order at the drive-thru knowin any way. Read more
It was a long day of travel when we arrived home we decided to pick up a quick meal. The Smashburger closed down so Arby's was... down the road a ways. We ordered the smoked brisket sandwiches because their advertising talked it up so much. When we got themeal home and started eating, it was awful. Dry and stale. The fries were also dry and stale and as if we got the crumbs fromthe bottom of the bin. I'm guessing the sandwiches were pre made and sitting under a heater. Read more
