Didn't realize when I was leaving my review and thought this was the arbys by my house. I went to the store when traveling and... ordered 2 roast beef with tomato n mayo then got back on the highway and went to eat and had 2 sandwiches with no tomatoes andtons of lettuce ofcourse I could not go back because I was in 75 and it works have been difficult and time consuming to go backSo I'll never go back to this location. Did not make our sandwiches the way we ordered. 2 reg roast beef with tomato and mayonnaise. We got 2 reg roast beef with... mayonnaise and a TON of lettuce. Each sandwich had enough lettuce for 3 sandwiches. Read more

Nearly every time I go here, my order is wrong, food is ice cold, long wait, etc. I?ve gone twice in the last month and ordered... the half pound B n C combo with the red ranch dressing. Both orders were wrong. Last time on 5/20/22 I was given a half poundroast beef and not what I paid for. At least the fries were hot this time. It?s not worth the hassle of calling to complain. Like so many people in this site's reviews. . I don't know why I keep giving them chance after chance after chance. Repeatedly,... anytime I order from Doordash, this place forgets an item. Whether it be a menu item, or sauce that I've requested, and itsDoordash that has to give me a credit because of Arby's mistakes. On the rare occasion that I do have a vehicle to be able topick up some food, (I no longer have a vehicle due to unemployment with the pandemic) and make it to Arby's, and even afterlooking in the bag. . . somehow, something is still messed up. Whether it be forgetting the extra toppings I've requested, orgetting stone cold fries. Today . . was the last straw. I had borrowed a parent's car to run some errands, and on the way home,I picked up Arby's. I looked in the bag, saw my sandwich, fries, and mozz sticks, the window person almost forgot my marinarasauce, but luckily I remembered to tell them to include that. . I get home and eat my semi warm sticks, but when I opened up mysandwich . . it was the completely wrong food. I'd ordered a chicken bacon and swiss meal . . and they gave me a roast beefsandwich with cheese sauce on the side. No longer in posession of the vehicle I"d borrowed, I still called Arby's because Ihave run out of patience with this location and the repeat after repeat after repeat offenses of order inaccuracy.Understandably, I was very upset. I did harshen my tone, but the "training manager" hung up the phone on me!! So, I calledback and this time, I reached the "general manager" Sonya. Not only did Sonya locate my missing food, but she also claimed thatshe bagged the order herself and didn't know how things went wrong. Sonya's solution? Got lunch from here for work and made the mistake of trusting I was handed my correct order. My drink was wrong, I didn?t get my... apple turnover and the sandwich was disgusting and charred.
