I just bought three piece chicken tenders. they are hard as a rock I can?t eat these .l called up there to Arby?s on Springdale... Well personally I've been getting the fish sandwich at this location. They've been cutting the beef way too thick lately ( to... save time ?) and they just don't taste good like that. The staff was very polite and got the order out fast and fresh even though they were busy during lunch rush. Edit to add: still... the same place with good food and fast service ???? pricing varies on discounts available and what you eat like combos. Read more
I was told to pull forward and I did. I watched ten cars get there food and leave. 25 minutes later they brought me my order.... I'll never go back to that Arby's again. I'll still go to Arby's but another location. Read more
I gave 3 stars ONLY because the Orange Cream shake is the BOMB! Otherwise it would have been a one star. I don't know what's... going on at the Colerain location, but the service was terrible. We went inside to order so we could take our time deciding whatwe wanted, and when we placed our order and told her it was to go, it went downhill from there. We both ordered the Market FreshPecan Chicken salad that is supposed to be really creamy with pecans, grapes, and celery in it. When she started to bring ourfood she put it in trays for dining in and we had to repeat that it was to go, and got an eye roll for it. When we got home, thesandwiches were terrible. There was NO mayonnaise in the chicken salad, no pecans, and ONE grape per sandwich. It was basicallya bunch of dry chicken cubes and pieces with celery on dry bread. I don't know why the quality and service of this location hasgotten so poor, but it's not the first time I've gotten food that wasn't what was advertised. I won't be getting anything butshakes from there moving forward. I recommend Arby's in general, just not this one. Read more
Always great staff, and milkshakes are always on point! Best milkshakes around town! They need bigger straws for the milkshakes
We were sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes,they didn't even say welcome to Arby's or anything. When we finally got... there attention they said order when ur ready. The line was moving super slow because of that. Read more
Great people but the bread does not need to be hot it'll burn your lips off but it was still very good
