Over the summer, a very nice barista told the brewing machine was out of service. And offered to exchange my order for a iced... chai latte. They do a fantastic job at this Starbucks ; and even with a regular Starbucks restaurant up the street , I still go here because... they take the time to make the drinks right and add all the details the drinks are supposed to have. Every time I go to this starbucks they change their closing time, Online it is 8:00pm. Ive went at 7:15 and they told the person... behind me that they were closed right after taking my order. Now at 6:30 they were nowhere to be seen yet had no closing signs,other starbucks do the same with closing whenever they choose. Please dont waste the customers time by closing randomly. Thanks. Starbucks in the Cicero Target store has been closed MULTIPLE times when I've gone in around 9am. They're closed for a "Break" ... SERIOUSLY?? They need a break by 9:15?? I'd skip it and go to the one just down the road. The line is crazy long, but theyseem to whip through it. Don't go in- I made that mistake and all seven employees were waiting on the drive-thru, finally gotwaited on, but took quite a while to get the order.
