Just ordered the 15 hot honey wings and fries for delivery. The wings are extremely salty. If you look closely at the picture... you can literally see the Salt. I have had these wings before and they did not taste like this. This is my third time orderingwings in different flavors before and they were extremely salty.I thought this flavor was safe but now I see it?s the cook. Now I understand why it's a 3.8?. I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait. When I picked it up there was about 6 ppl... working. 2 guys were towards the front, 1 showing the other one something on his phone. He literally saw me standing therebecause we made eye contact and I still waited more than 5 minutes until he decided to ask how can he helped me... I got homeand guess what?! It was missing the fries... luckily I live 3 min away so I was able to go back and when I told the guy at theregister he made it seem like i was lying... why would I lie just to get another side of fries?! ??????????? they are eitherunder no management or the manager simply doesn't care. Never ordering delivery on the wingstop website the Doordasher never delivered my food and now I?m having are hard time getting... a refund because wingstop support wouldn?t answer doordash support. I spent 76 dollars on this order it wasn?t cheap. Read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The evening management team has absolutely no common courtesy, no customer service, and... best put, rude. I will never go to this location or any Wingstop again. The manager, Crystal, did not want to refund my moneyfor an extremely greasy chicken presentation. She believed we tampered with the food and did not attempt to resolve ourdissatisfaction at all. The issue escalated to the point where she told us to "GET OUT" now, after taking our money and notwanting to issue the only thing we were asking for, a refund. They inspected the food with no gloves after working the registerand only wore a mask below their nose. Worst food experience ever. Read more

Been going here for the last 3 years, Not the best location to be honest. But it?s the closes to my home so I pretty much have... no choice. To start, Never ever order online from this place. I have tried to order 3 times in the past and all of them werecancelled. I don?t know if it?s either doordash or the place itself but it?s been super annoying. Dine in is no longer availabledespite having 90% of the area being nothing and a pandemic which pretty much no ones cares about anymore. Also having therestrooms blocked off by tables is pretty strange and stupid. Don?t get the drinks from the machine here either, Tastes likechemicals and a machine that hasn?t been cleaned in years. Wings and food are decent enough, Sometimes orders can be wrong butnothing major from my experiences. Management could also be better. Read more
