Ordered chilaquiles with carne, and even tho it shows on my receipt they argued and said it didn?t include meat.. lost a repeat... customer over $3 w/e lol. cashiers should learn how to listen. It was a very disappointing experience. This was my first and for sure last time at this place. I placed my order online and... headed out to pick it up a few minutes after receiving my email confirmation. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready, butAbigail, the lady at the register, said it was coming. There was a different order under the same name, no big deal, I justthought mine was a large other so it's going to take longer. Turns out their online ordering system was down and they weren'teven aware of my order. The very nice server Paloma wrote my order down and took it the kitchen right away. I'm not sure if thisis the way the usually prepare things, or if they just rushed my order, but not one item looked or tasted delicious. On top ofthe fact that I ended up missing one item. This was an upsetting experience overall, and not one time did any of the employeeswith whom I interacted apologized for the online order mishap. Taco's aren't how they used to be. I have small hands and my taco took 2 bites to eat, $2.89 for a mini taco.... I used to love... this place especially to go late nights but since the quality has declined ill just risk trying new taco spots. Read more
