I will never go to Cicero's again - cheeseburgers were cold, hard and dry, lemonade tasted like rotten lemons and unfiltered... water, fries were cold...worst burger I've ever had? Budget friendly food and shake. The location is not that good because of the nearby car wash place. Don't get me wrong but you... have to an order on speaker in heavy noisy surroundings. Otherwise things are okay according to their price point. Read more
Food was good. Maybe it was the intercom but I had to repeat my order several times. When food was delivery, we were not asked... if all ok or if we needed anything else. Ketchup would have been awesome. No one came back to check on us. They usually do.It's wasn't even busy. Read more
Super disappointed - ordering was smooth but we waited a really long time for our food & when we finally got it the tater tots... were cold & our sandwiches were barely warm. The ingredients were fresh but honestly the burger had no flavor to it. Won't bedining here again. Read more
It's a fast food restaurant. There's not much more that needs to be said. They offer typical Chicago customer service, meaning,... a young staff that's poorly trained with very few problem solving skills. Food is decent when the order is correct. The only good thing about it was the young lady with the blue hair tips trying to fix the problem. The gentleman on the speaker... was not clear and cut off the mic. Then drive thru no response. I asked for ketchup, the cashier said wait a second then came back to the window and say no more ketchup. Did not offer another... sauce. Then I open my burger & the edges are burnt. Four times I have ordered shakes from this location, four times I have received completely incorrect orders. Certainly I am the... stupid one now for continuing to give my money to this garbage restaurant. I pay extra for a shake to have cookie dough andreceive a cup of just vanilla.
