I would give this place 0 stars if I could . Went thru drive thru today , My receipt ticket was different from what I ordered &... the total seemed off so I asked for my receipt & the little girl at the drive thru window gave me an attitude to begin with . Itold her my receipt was wrong & when I asked her she said "the receipt is wrong" & I asked why ? she said "I dont its wrong"giving me an attitue then ignoring me & all the manager did was say its wrong sorry . Customer service is horrible as hell. The manager needs to go back and get retrained. The young kids on that night team is... only a example of bad leadership. The food horrible I guarantee that there in the business of cross contamination. I also sawemployees go from the back to the front on the other side of the counter and did not wash there hands. We went there today because we don?t normally eat from Popeyes, just to try something different. The staff was terrible, not... cordial at all. Everyone had an attitude and they were just opening. My husband was looking at all the staff and how they allwere so nasty. The chicken was delicious other the wings were small as two of my fingers. I will never go back there and willtell everyone I know not to patronize this location on Cermak and Cicero. Terrible place to eat. They gotta do better. Theyall seem unhappy with their jobs and all of them should get out of customer service. This place should be shutdown and get someprofessional people There with people skills. deserves less than a star, I ordered 3 spicy meals all with sprite and I didn?t even check to drinks but I should have all 3... drinks had white grease and fried chicken crumbs(what it looked like but honestly idk) I threw away all the food, and lineswere long and you literally have to ask for a cup holders and straws. and make sure you check your bag and DRINK needs newmanagement asap.
