Always good chicken!! Especially the spicy one. Very crispy and enjoyable even if you eat left overs the next day. I would never... go back to another chicken place. The quality of the food here is great! A very wonderful place to take a break during my work.Affordable meals that are all tasty and fulfilling. The sandwiches were excellent. The service from the employees is very good.As always, the employees are friendly and energetic. We didn?t have to wait for long to get our order. The person who takes the orders is clearly bothered by doing her job, I waited for literally 5 minutes to order Without a single... car in the drive thru or parking lot. I ordered a large/family mashed potatoes and gravy. I didn't get any gravy at all. Mychicken is leaking water, no joke I took a picture. The breading is soft and soggy. It looks and tastes terrible! I asked ifthey sell chicken strips by themselves or just in the comb. 3 strips in a combo for almost $8. She said i can charge you for thecombo and only give you the chicken strips ???? not a good experience.. in fact Worst experience ever. the front register worker no skills not professional blaming their... mistakes on someone else.. they want to talk to you like they?re paying for your food is an embarrassment for that establishmentto have people like that working there even the management is a joke.. Very bad experience. Extremely slow service. Broken register's. They got my order wrong. Not a clean eating area. People left... because of the slow service. This Specific KFC in Cicero , on Cicero Ave. Should be closed . The service is the worst drive-through and inside. Can never get... an order right, soda machine smells and taste like mold. takes forever to get anything you ordered and then don?t even try tocall. You will Never get through.
