I would give them a zero star if i could. Visited this morning and let me tell you, got seated right away, but took more then 37... minutes for a waiter to come by and take our order, my daughter was trying to get someone's attention by waiving at the workers. Their must have been about 8 workers just standing in the back just looking around, but it took 37 minutes for someone to takeour order. The split decision was gross it was cold to touch, the cafe was super burnt , the pancakes where all soggy not cookedor prepared the correct way. No manager on premises was what i was told by the guy who eventually took our order. Read more
Restaurant is filthy. Everything inside the restaurant is sticky and greasy. The tables, chairs, booths...are all dirty. Flies... flying everywhere. Food is ihop quality. Staffs are nice and friendly. But restaurant is dirty. Read more
Got the chicken and waffles, the steak burger and French toast. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. Even though they were... short staffed they were fast and the servers/host were very pleasant. Read more
It was ok I haven't been in years until den I food has definitely changed over the years 2 so????
be patient when visiting they're definitely short staffed. it took 30 min to be able to sit down . the girl who sits you down... had a very bad attitude but my waiter was the sweetest and she was on it making sure we were well and even made me an icedcoffee even tho the restaurant doesnt offer it anymore . food was good as well. Really bad presentation. We waited 20 minutes to get seated on an empty restaurant. Hostes saw us walk in , completely ignored... us. Maybe it?s cuz it?s night time pero con mas ganas tengan todo limpio lol Read more
This will be a bit of a long review. My coworker and I work around this IHOP. We were hungry and looking for a place to eat... (mind you we get out at 4:30am) honestly this was my last resort. Well let me tell you the food was delicious and FRESH. I wastruly surprised and to make the experience better our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We left there with disbelief andraved about it to our other coworkers the next day ????. So our party of 2 turned into party of 5. Once we got there the samewaitress said they were about to switch shifts if we wanted to wait until 5:30am we got close to 5am. We were kind of bummed butthe waitress made an exception knowing her cook had to leave at 5:30am (she really could have turned us away). Well thanks toher WE were served and left there full and happy and once again customer service was phenomenal. I?m sorry for the long reviewbut I feel places like these need to be acknowledged and workers. So IHOP team who ever the waitress and cook was for Sunday17th THANK YOU!!
