Although the food is better than most places. They location needs a good cleaning. Alot of staff standing and there is dust... everywhere. My favorite saying to my staff. This small pieces are actually consider as wings, I got a 10 pcs and got pieces of chicken smaller than chicken nuggets, they... didn't bother on adding more chicken nuggets pieces to my 10 pcs wings, horrible !! Read more
I ordered medium Buffalo boneless wings and all I got was dry flavorless wings!!! Contacted hoots and whoever picked up the... phone said there was nothing they can do for me. If you do order from this place make sure your wings are how you want them ?idiots had one job. Read more
Love coming to hoots, it?s a less crowded version of Hooters. I don?t even have to wait for a table. Customer service is always... great super friendly. Clean and organized. I always eat in the restaurant because I believe wings must be consumed as soon asthey come out. There?s gaming inside that it can be use while waiting for your food. Read more
I only have three (3) words for anyone considering patronizing this joint... DON'T DO IT!!! Not only is the food "just okay",... but the portions are super small. I ordered the boneless wings there, and to say I was disappointed would be anunderstatement... Not only that, but they charged me $3.00 for a courtesy cup of water!!! When I inquired about the charge, theyattempted to be very evasive, and wouldn't/couldn't give me a straight-forward answer. It was a HORRIBLE experience!!! My sonwas like "this is our only time coming here, right?" Hopefully nobody else will have the same bad experience we had, but again,I'd strongly advise AGAINST going there... smh Read more
