I was here about a month ago, I ordered some food using the app, when I arrived to pick it up, a girl was on her cell and didn't... know how to make the sandwich she wouldn't get off her cell and continued to try to make the sandwich while her braceletstouched the food and she was distracted with her personal call. I mentioned to another worker that she needed help and shouldget off her phone. Instead the worker was loud rude and yelled at me saying they were doing the best they could, instead oftelling the girl to get off her phone, they allowed her to continue to be on her personal call and told me if I didn't like itto never come back! 2 workers verbally attaceked me and continued to yell at me. The manager was there and didn't do anythingabout her staffs' behavior. I called corporate and to this day, I'm still waiting to hear from the supervisor/owner. I do NOTrecommend this stop. The staff acted like I was asking for a free item. Even if they are shortstaffed when at work, do your joband focus on what you are doing, instead of contaminating the food and making excuses!!! Went in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Line was to the door.. they had 2 lines but cashier was only helping one side. The... other 2 girls were preparing the drinks and food but would be more focused on their conversation while shouting from one end tothe other. After about 25 minutes one girl reminded the cashier to make sure she helps people from the other line. Luckily I wason the line that was getting helped but the wait was still super long because of the focus being on their conversation. Thecashier was the only one focused on the customers. Went in and order a Cappuccino blast and an Oreo shake it took 20 minutes to get my order but yet the staff sure had enough time... to talk and be on their phones. Horrible customer service they need to learn to complete customers orders quickly!!! Read more

Horrible customer service. Thay never have anything. And when you ask what they have, they made faces. The other day I ordered... by Uber and they canceled 20 minutes later. Another day I order by their app, and when I picked it up, they did not have theorder, they told me to wait. I wait 10 min and I told them my order was not ready, and they started making it.
