Food was not edible. Hot dog was BROWN from sitting for who knows how long. Not even the same color as the inside. Took one bite... and could not stomach another. STAY AWAY from this sonic Read more

Two months ago I had a bad experience with a Sonic on HWY 1103 and I elevated it and spoke to a corporate rep and was promised a... gift card to replace the money I wasted on a meal. I'm still waiting for that gift card. I don't feel valued and I can onlyhope that my review made some difference somewhere because corporate made no effort. April 2022 and still no gift card fromSonic as promised. It seems my review was not an embarrassment to them. I have not been back to this particular Sonic yetalthough it is the closest one to my residence. June 2022 and still no gift card or response from Sonic as promised. It seemsthat a bad review is a normal thing for this Sonic. I drive by this Sonic all the time and never stop. They have lost mybusiness. Have they lost yours as welll? Read more

I went to this Sonic on Sunday night, about 9:50. Not only were they closed, but there were no employees even around. I had... already looked it up & saw that it closed @ 10. I knew I could be there by 9:50, so I decided to go. (I REALLY wanted mozzarellasticks.) When I got there, there were multiple cars in the parking lot & the signs were all on so I figured they were open. Ipressed the button & the sign responded like normal. As I was waiting for someone to take my order, another customer, who wasthere before I was, approached me & asked if someone had taken my order. I told him no. He told me he had been waiting forawhile & no one had responded to him either. He looked inside & no one was there. I realize it was close to closing time but itdoesn't seem right that they would shut down & be completely gone 10-15 minutes before closing time. If they were going to closeearly, I think they should have put a sign up or something so people weren't sitting there waiting for someone to take theirorder. There were at least 5 other cars in the parking lot, all wanting to place an order. We all left, very disappointed. ???? Read more

We tried to order from the app on multiple phones so the order would be ready when we arrived, but the app would not allow the... order. We showed the error that continued to occur even when we arrived at the store to the employee. The manager refused tohonor any discounts because the app would not work. Half price burger and half price drink on a $30+ meal... Choose a Sonicwhere the manager has some authority to make a sound business decision. The one at this location cannot do it. Read more

Ok, I usually like the chicken tenders dinner at Sonic, I stop by the one on FM 1103 in Cibolo, TX, and I always get the 5 PC... dinner and always ask for their Buffalo sauce (usually 4 to 6 times and they still ignore/forget, so I have to ask again beforeI leave). I got home tonight and the photo below was my 5 PC dinner!?!? I ate the 7 tater tots (yeah like I said 7 tots!There?s usually at least twice that number) and had to take a photo of the abysmal 4 PCs of tiny chicken fingers, not tenders.There isn?t one in there much bigger than my little finger! Restaurants are crying about losing business and going out ofbusiness, but I guess Sonic doesn?t really care about their business with poor quality and service like this. Read more
