We visited JesseJay?s for the first time today and it was amazing! The inside seating is small so we were outside and it was... chilly so they made accommodations to have us sit inside and our kids were so grateful! We now know they take reservations andwe will for sure do that when we come back. The food was absolutely delicious but the best part was the service. Outstanding! First time there since it changed owners. Sat at the outside bar. Great service. Food was authentic, delicious and... reasonably priced. Such a great addition to South County! The staff is always so hard working and great to be around! We had a gift certificate to use, but we've eaten here before. Their plantains are delicious so I get them every time. The chips... and salsa were good. I was surprised we had to pay for them, but my husband loves it so we got it. He got 3 street tacos: 2short rib & 1 chicken. I got 1 chicken & 1 carnitas street two. It was all very good. I was extremely impressed with the food and service. It was one of the best meals I've had in a while. The spicy pineapple... margarita my wife had was really good as well. It's worth the money spent overall. We look forward to going back in the summerwhen the outdoor areas are open. Jesse Jay's Food Truck visits my neighborhood at Richfield Station on a regular basis. This past week, they had to cancel their... visit. My wife and decided to visit their location. This place did not disappoint. Their street tacos are delicious, and I can'twait to come back and try the enormous burrito that I saw on another table!
