First time at Ziggi?s coffee and was satisfied with my visit. Ordered a couple of the redbull infusions and an Arnold Palmer.... Thankfully the drinks were not filled completely with ice unlike some other coffee shops. Customer service was great, the staffwere very friendly and helpful with ordering. My mom took me to this coffee shop while I was visiting from South Dakota. I am purposefully writing this review to let the... owners know that the customer service we got was terrible. The girl at the register this morning was rude, she didn?t evenacknowledge us, you would think that she would say ?next? at the very least, but she was just staring out the window. I gave herour order and she didn?t get it so asked me again. After repeating myself she still got our order wrong. I asked for a hotmatcha late but she gave me iced, and it?s pure milk. Let me start by saying I used to love this place but recently every order we have had has not been done correctly when ordering... through their app. I went in to get my drink corrected this morning and all they did was throw out the ice and fill it up withwater and the extra fruit I asked for was not in the drink as well this was today around 9 on 8-29-22. I will be taking my moneyback to Starbucks as they can actually re do your drink if it done incorrectly. Read more

I?ve frequented this cafe a few times and its really good. It?s located in Chula Vista in the same business plaza as smart n... final, hobby lobby plus little Cesar pizza. Extremely clean, well organized coffee/tea cafe. We enjoy the iced white mocha,frozen hot chocolate( blended), Java chip and iced caramel macchiato which are all delicious. Great customer service.Reasonable prices. Make sure to sign up for their reward program. We will be coming back soon. Read more
We were traveling from out of town, and found this wonderful coffee shop. The shop was so clean and well organized, and I loved... the rolling doors! The breakfast burritos were delicious! All of the team members were so kind and helpful! The drinks were onpoint! Would drive the 320 miles just to come back! I recommend 100 times over! Read more
They just opened up and it?s already my go to place for coffee. I love the cold brew, highly recommend it. They also offer some... great pastries and food. I did try their speciality mocha coffee, however it was a little too sweet for me. Outside seating isgreat to sit and relax. Glad to see them open up in Chula Vista. Read more
