Wing factory ???? ???? on H street has wonderful service ! Alma was kind and helpful taking our orders We ordered the pulled... pork fries with a side of Mac and cheese ???? It?s been a few months since I ordered from here, and this will definitely be my last. Your quality has obviously dropped... drastically. Multiple wings still covered in feathers, this is disgusting. Wash/clean your product before serving to customers.Never ordering from this place again. Read more
fter seeing the reviews and this happening a 3rd time i can say it was my fault for keep trying to give them a chance but come... on now. I've worked at epic wings in Escondido; I've had to make orders for Uber eats as well and there's no way they don't seemy notes and they're aren't doing this on purpose. I ask for No chipotle, not once BUT TWO TIMES and they still put some on thefries! I would always make sure to read the Uber eats notes and not mess up someone's order. Ive most back to San Diego and beencraving buffalo fries but there's not a close epic wings that I can order thru Uber eats and decided to give wings factory atry. I've contacted Uber eats but also wanted to contact them cus they need to be aware. Turns out their manager isn't even in,said he'll be around 3-4, let's see if they actually call me back if not I'll be calling in again. This is honestly my last timeI'll be ordering from there. I got delivery and it what was expected of a wing place, Breadsticks were really good, wings where as expected, carrots and... celery was crunchy, the problem was the Potato Salad I ordered. The amount was a really good amount HOWEVER the entire thingwas filled with wet mayonnaise. The worst potato salad I've tasted. Potatoes were cooked at least. Wet and dripping in mayo, noseasons just mayo. I'm not even sure there was egg in it I even tried to save it by trying to soak it up with napkins. Alas itmet its end in the trash.
