The best boba! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. If you have a question they have the answer. The snow bubbles... with boba are my favorite. But the Thai tea is amazing as well. They have so many different flavors and varieties, honestly ifyou can?t find something you like you have the issue. They have something for everyone! Read more

Customer service here is terrible. Ordered crispy chicken and rice combo. The food took about 15 minutes. My son picked up the... food and did hear the lady call out crispy chicken and rice. Grabbed the food and drove home only to find the wrong order.Called back to complain and the lady claimed they called out longanisa fries. Both of my sons heard crispy chicken and ricecalled out. They need to have a better system so their orders do not get mixed up. To top it off, the lady over the phone wassuper rude! She said ?if you want the crispy chicken you?re going to have to come back here and pay for it? No thanks! I?ll takemy business elsewhere where they train their employees a thing or two about customer service! Food isn?t even great, drinks areway too sweet, and their boba isn?t fresh. Read more
